Returns & Exchange Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 4 days of receiving their order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The item is returned in its original condition with packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Mazwide Collective reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Customers requesting a size exchange may be responsible for courier/shipping costs unless the error was caused by Mazwide Collective.
